Remembering a “Special Chick”
Thank you to the friends and family who gathered on Saturday January 7, 2017 for the fundraising event “A Special Way to Remember a Special Chick”, celebrating the life of Ange in a way that reflected her uniqueness.
Funds raised from this event will be used to purchase sleeper chairs which will provide comfort and rest for family members of ICU patients at St. Mary’s Hospital.

2016 Manulife LPGA Classic raises $447,567
The 2016 Manulife LPGA Classic raised a record breaking $447,567 in support of St. Mary’s General Hospital. Total contributions now surpassing $1.6 million through various initiatives related to this event over the past five years.
We are honored to, once again, join Manulife Classic and Sports Properties International as the official charity partner of the Manulife LPGA Classic for the 5th consecutive year. Their continued support ensures that our friends , neighbours and loved ones have access to the quality health care they need and deserve, close to home.

These donated funds supported the purchase of a new Bone Densitometer for Bone density screening. Thank you Zonta KW and tournament participants for investing in women’s health!
Funds generously donated by Just Energy were directed to the purchase of new walkers for our Inpatient Cardiac and General Surgical department. These unique walkers incorporate extendable handles, which means patients don’t need to bend down while going for their therapeutic walks. Thank you!
