On behalf of St. Mary’s General Hospital, thank you for your support of SPIN12. This year, SPIN12 raised $40,000 for our Regional Cardiac Care Centre.
Very special thanks to Kristen Todtz of the Conestoga Rovers CRANKS who was our top individual fundraiser of $2,665. The biggest team and the loudest team was Manulife Financial who brought almost 40 employees out to encourage each other to spin for heart. Kitchener Sports Association once again came out in full force. They raised an average of $450 per person making them the top fundraising team.

St. Mary’s Regional Cardiac Care Centre serves our community and beyond including Waterloo Region, Wellington County, Perth, Grey-Bruce, Brant, Oxford as well as Haldimand-Norfolk. Funds raised through Spin 12 support the Cardiac Renewal Project at St. Mary’s and allow us to continue to be on the cutting edge of Cardiac Care right here in our own backyard.
Spin12 is a stationary cycling fundraising event, held at Rebel Creek Golf Club in February each year. Led by professional instructors, this event is more than just an hour of great exercise – it is inspiration, hope, challenge and celebration.
