When we launched our new vision, we set a lofty goal to deliver results by implementing 1000 measurable improvements this year. We’ve challenged all of our people to pursue this goal, and have been impressed by both their enthusiasm and thoughtful suggestions—so much so that we wanted to use our report this year to share their successes with you.
